  • There are a number of things that our ergonomic chairs have, including:

    Seat height – Our chair’s seat height is adjustable and is made for your comfort. The seat height ranges from about 48.5 inches to 53.5 inches off the floor.

    Seat width and depth – Our seat have enough width and depth to support users comfortably at 27.8 inches. Larger sizes may be available later in the year.

    Swivel: Most gaming chairs feature a 360-degree swivel base, allowing users to easily turn and maneuver while gaming.

    Tilt/Extension Mechanism: Chairs may have a tilt mechanism that enables users to recline the backrest to their desired angle for relaxation.

    Headrest Adjustment: Chairs may feature a removable or adjustable headrest pillow to support the neck and head during gaming sessions.

    Base: The base of the chair provides stability and support, made of metal.

    Casters/Wheels: Smooth-rolling casters or wheels allow for easy mobility and maneuverability.

    Frame: The frame of the chair is made of metal, providing structural support.

    Upholstery: High-quality upholstery materials such as leather, PU leather, or fabric cover the seat and backrest for comfort and durability.

    Padding: High-density foam padding provides cushioning and support for the user.

    Gas Lift: The gas lift mechanism allows for easy height adjustment of the chair.

    Tilt Mechanism: A tilt mechanism enables the user to recline the backrest for added comfort and relaxation.

    Lumbar Support: Built-in lumbar support helps maintain proper posture and reduces lower back strain.

    Headrest: A removable or adjustable headrest pillow supports the neck and head during gaming.

  • No, our chairs will arrive with easy to follow assembly instructions. Everything you need arrives at your door in a rather large, but compact package. A few steps and you will be sitting on your chair in no time. But if you need help installing your chair, you can check out our installation video for reference.

  • All customers get free shipping! Orders should take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver.

  • All sales are final. No returns are accepted at this time.

    PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

    Gaming Chair Solutions offers FedEx Ground Shipping. Actual shipping costs will be determined by the method selected along with the weight of the product(s) and distance from shipping warehouse to destination, however, all gaming chair products purchased come with free shipping. We maintain tracking numbers for all shipments. Once an item has shipped, the tracking number will automatically be emailed to the shipping recipient. You may use the tracking number to track the progress of the shipment on the shipper’s website. A signature will be required for all deliveries. Gaming Chair Solutions has no control over products in the shipping channel so we ask that our customers be patient and if you have not received your product within 2-4 weeks of order, please email us and we will contact the shipping handler for you.

    RETURNS OVERVIEW

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No returns or refunds will be accepted unless stated otherwise by Gaming Chair Solutions management.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us and we will provide return shipping instructions. For physical products to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and receive written confirmation from Gaming Chair Solutions that the refund/return has been honored (this is within our discretion).

    If you receive the wrong item from Gaming Chair Solutions, we will pay for the cost to return the product and have a replacement sent to you. For any item where you received the correct item, the shipping expense of the return is your responsibility and there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price (this only applies if the product purchased is eligible for a return or refund).

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

    Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately two business days. Credit will only be provided for the cost of the item. Any original shipping charges are not refundable. Defective Items (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gamingchairsolutions.com and we will provide return instructions.

    Products that are received by Gaming Chair Solutions in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

    •Any product that is not purchased from Gaming Chair Solutions .

    •Any item with obvious signs of use.

    •Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return.

    •Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

    •Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

    Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.

    Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

    Any product that exhibits physical damage.

    Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

    Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.

    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Special order products are not eligible for return.

    Point of Sale Products: Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).

    Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items: If Gaming Chair Solutions no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Gaming Chair Solutions will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

    Quantity Purchases: While Gaming Chair Solutions is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once the purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
